The club relies completely on fundraising and sponsorship. It is a very important part of running the club and allows us to develop the facilities for of all our members and guests.

In 1998 fundraising helped us to demolish the century old pavilion at the Malton Cricket ground and build the new club house and scoreboard, giving much improved facilities for members and visitors alike.

In 2004 we were host to a World Class Lashings XI where the money raised went towards our junior development program.

2005 was another busy year but we found time to stage our very first six-a-side tournament. With clubs from far and wide coming to our ground providing entertainment and a great days cricket. We are looking to make this a regular date in the calendar from now so watch this space for news in future seasons.
