Malton and Old Malton cricket club is an ECB focus club set in the heart of Ryedale in North Yorkshire.

Stand in skipper Andy Tyres won the toss and asked the home side to bat in overcast early conditions, this brought early wickets as Bubwith lost their top 3 for under 30

Malton were put in to bat on a dampish wicket and from the "off" found runs hard to come by, in fact at the halfway stage of 20 overs they were only 30 for 2
Willie Rushton bowls 4th XI over.
Skipper Mick Liversidge put Huntington in to bat on a moist and green wicket but the Huntington opening batsmen, Dawson and Hosford seemed to relish the conditions
